Ben Sterling inherits the house of his ancestors and decides to move there with his family, not knowing about the strange stories that go in the local town about the forest that is spread around the ancient oak grove. It once long ago found the body of great-great-grandfather Ben, who, before moving to England, studied the icy expanses of the far North, where shamans are said to have practiced ancient rituals to midnight sun shine over the snowy desert.
