The career of Arthur Keller, an agent of the Drug Enforcement Administration, really began with a boxing match. Embedded in the mafia structure of the global drug trade, in its center, Culiacan, the capital of the Mexican state of Sinaloa, Art accidentally finds himself in the ring and is defeated by one of the local boxers. This was the starting point in the main task that Keller sets for himself: to win in another game - a big game with the gatekeepers of the criminal world. "Dog Power" is a story of a brutal and bloody war on international drug crime, stretching in time for almost half a century and covering a huge area from Mexico and South America to China and the Vatican.
