It tells about the sailors of space - the grandchildren of those who today come ashore in Murmansk or Liverpool, who are on watch in the Atlantic or in the Laptev Sea. And since the author deliberately emphasizes the similarity of the work of today's sailors, and tomorrow's astronauts, it is possible to coincide the names of the heroes with the names of the living now. Therefore, it should be pointed out that such coincidences are pure coincidence, because the novel is fantastic. So, the Segezha spacecraft has to interrupt an ordinary flight, because an extraordinary event has happened.
