Over a year, more than 700,000 criminal cases are opened in Russia, two to three thousand every day. As practice shows, at least half of them are inspired by the modern Law Enforcement System for insufficient and sometimes far-fetched reasons. The main thing for the domestic Guardians of the Order is to report on the “disclosure” and “percentage of detainees”, the rights of citizens do not bother them at all . The population of the country is held hostage by a bureaucratic state machine that breaks everyone in a row, focusing on “accountability” and “plans” to combat crime, rather than the principles of justice and international law.
