The prototypes of the heroes of this work are the Baku oil baron and inventor Murtuza Mukhtarov, the great poet Sergei Yesenin and academician Nikolai Vavilov .. The oil baron in one of the happiest days of his life saw in his Mardakian mansion a dream that struck him. In this dream, he was passionately urged to leave Baku. He didn't do it .. And as a result, he found death on the steps of his luxurious palace .. In one of the rooms of this villa in Mardakyan, the famous “Persian tunes” were written. The poet also had a dream in which he was begged not to leave Baku. He almost believed this dream. But then he left these places, settled in the famous "Angleter", where he was overtaken by death. In the same room, the scientist saw a prison cell in which he would spend the last days of his existence on this earth. The same voices begged him to go far, far away. He also did not believe this prophetic dream and met his martyrdom.
