The seventeenth volume of the proposed almanac presents the second block of articles by Russian and foreign participants of the V International Scientific Forum “Dialogue of Arts and Art Paradigm” (“SCIENCEFORUM PAN-ART”) , which was held on December 17, 2020 by the Center for Integrated Art Studies of the Saratov State Conservatory named after L. In. Sobinov and was dedicated to the 250th anniversary of the birth of Ludwig van Beethoven . A wide thematic range of published texts reflects various areas of the multilateral space of scientific research of participants of this creative project.
