The title of the scientific almanac includes the names of three outstanding representatives of the author's song - B. Sh. Okudzhava (19241997), V. C. High (1938–1980) and A. A. Galich (1919-1977), however, the problems of the texts collected in the book are wider - this is the very phenomenon of the domestic classical author's song of the 1960s-1980s.
