The present volume of the Collected Works of Andrei Bely (1880-1934), a writer and one of the leading theorists of symbolism, includes two of his books - "Arabesques" and "Green Meadow", more than a hundred years ago prepared by him and written in 1903-1910. In these articles, according to the author, he specifies the general provisions that he outlined in his book “Symbolism”, seeks, referring to the “phenomena of literary life”, to show the “vital significance” of the principal ideas expressed in it. The publication is provided with notes and a name index.
