The manual contains the theoretical part and laboratory work provided by standard training programs on resistance of materials for construction specialties . The description of measuring instruments and test machines used in the performance of laboratory work, methods of testing materials and studying the tense and deformed states of structural elements. For each laboratory work, its purpose, brief theoretical information, the scheme and principle of operation of the test installation, the sequence of execution, a sample of the test results log, control questions are given . The methodology of laboratory work includes extracurricular study of the theory, preparation of the journal, its filling, conducting research and processing of experimental data.
