Dedicated to the problem of congenital non-carious dental lesions. The scheme of odontogenesis and the results of the impact of damaging factors on it at various stages are analyzed. The characteristic clinical features of various nosological forms of non-carious pathology are reflected, features of their X-ray picture are indicated, diagnostics and differential diagnostics are considered. Presented modern approaches to the treatment of each isolated type of pathology under consideration. Types of congenital non-carious pathology as part of syndromes and symptom complexes are considered, the role of the dentist in complex treatment is analyzed. The possibilities of prevention of non-carious dental lesions. are also described.
