Scenario analysis of socio-economic development of the Amur region. Requirements for the construction of a graph model of the development of the socio-economic system of the Amur region have been developed, a set of basic factors and relationships between them have been revealed. A graph model of the development of the socio-economic system using the apparatus of sign graphs. Using the proposed model, attractive and synergistic scenarios for the development of the socio-economic system (SES) of the region were obtained . The results of modeling scenarios for the development of SES and the analysis of the results are presented.
