The real album . D. Sarabianova (1958-2015), an outstanding restorer and researcher of ancient Russian art, dedicated to the Church of St. George in Old Ladoga Particular attention is paid to the long-term study and restoration of frescoes of the Church of St. George, analogies with other subjects of pre-Mongolian art of Ancient Russia are given. This edition for the first time published fragments of reports on the restoration of frescoes of the Church of St. George, made by V. D. Sarabyanov in 1982-1984. Illustrations of the unique photo shooting of all frescoes of the Church of St. George, made by the publishing house "BLITS" together with V. are given. D. Sarabianov and Staroladozhsky Museum in 1996 during the restoration work.
