Before the presidential election, a group of underground fighters led by Beloborodko breaks into the television tower and the report shown on television forces the people to take to the streets and overthrow the president who has left the planet. But the new president Beloborodko turns out to be replaced by a double, and the national committees have organized a super-secret City of Shadows in Kzylstan. The sent agent rescues the president, but only Tibetan priests can bring him out of his coma. The best criminologist in Antarctica, where the photonic converter was developed, Sergei Odnorukov, is preparing to be transferred to Singapore and finds himself in the thick of things. Several flying objects accompany a mysterious information formation and are hiding at a base in Tibet. Timur, accompanied by mysterious visions as part of the expedition, searches for clues to unravel the mysteries of Mongolian culture and frees his father from Chinese captivity with the help of a Buddhist monastery.
