Bibliographic annotated index - one of the stages of joint source work of the staff of the Institute of Language , Literature and History of KarSC RAS and the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan over the scientific project "Holiday culture of the peoples of Karelia and neighboring territories (encyclopedia preparation)" , carried out within the framework of the Program of Fundamental Research of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences "Historical and Cultural Heritage and Spiritual Values of Russia" (2009-2022) . The index includes articles and notes on traditional and modern holidays for Karelians, Veps, Ingermanland Finns, as well as the urban population of Karelia, published in the national newspapers "Karjalan Sanomar", "Oma Mua", "Vienna Karjala", "Kodima" for the last 15 years. The index is intended for researchers, teachers, graduate students, students of national schools .
