The monograph is devoted to the research of transformation of social-labour relations, state and prospects of industrial working class in Ukraine as a result of neoliberal market reforms. The special attention is applied on the change of working class state in the socio-economic structure of Ukrainian society, aggravation of problems of alienation, exploitation, content and value of labour in the conditions of capitalist method of production. Authors analyse collective bargaining regulation of wages and other terms of labour in the country, role of trade unions in this process, influence of these institutes on the level and quality of life of the Ukrainian workers, and also process of forming of class and political consciousness in a working environment.
