The book Qi-Neizang (Internal Organ Massage) presents a description of a practice that has been successfully practiced for thousands of years by Taoists who have been trained under the guidance of teachers. Some concepts and exercises presented in the book have never been described before by other authors. The intention of the authors of this book was to offer additional exercises within the framework of the Healing Tao, and the book can serve as a guide in this area. Chinese medicine emphasizes the need to balance the various systems of the body and the general strengthening of the body, as a result of which recovery comes by itself. Internal organs massage is one of the means to help achieve such balance. And also, the continuation of Master Chia's book "Chi-neizang", devoted to one of the most esoteric sections of Chinese Taoist medicine . There may be twelve harmful "winds" (energies) in the human body associated with certain areas around the navel. Special massage techniques help to expel these "winds" and cure a variety of diseases.
