The results of many years of experience on the influence of sidereal crops grown in the rows of apple orchards in the autumn-winter-spring period, on soil fertility and productivity of various varieties of apple tree in the southern regions. Possible ways of formation of garden agrophytocenosis using sidereal crops and environmental protection are shown . An attempt has been made to summarize the data not only of our own research, but also of foreign colleagues . Ways and means of solving environmental problems in horticulture, aimed at rational use, protection and optimization of natural resources, obtaining dietary fruit products are shown .
