The article describes some fragments of the structural-nominative reconstruction of scientific theories, which uses the methods and means of the concept of named sets. Based on the analysis of the main subsystems of scientific theories, as well as elements and levels of their model and representative subsystems, the unity and difference of structural features of social and natural science theories are shown.
