A number of practical recommendations on the content and system of argumentation in psychological conclusions are given, attention is drawn to those legally significant points that are included in the qualifying features for the application of the articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The monograph for the first time gives a system of structural-level qualification of intellectual functions with the use of a system of assessments of clinical and psychological tests and psychometric data. Also, for the first time, the issue of the different orientation of the acute affective reaction and the ways of its legal qualification is discussed.
