We emphasize that we are talking about messages, and not about firmly established facts .. Messages are the primary empirical material that necessarily requires additional investigation, verification and analysis, as a result of which it can be either rejected as erroneous, unreliable, or, conversely, recognized as evidence. Obviously, in any case, the messages collected in this collection are useful to every researcher of the UFO phenomenon. One thing can be considered indisputable - the UFO phenomenon exists in our country, and, at least at the first acquaintance with Soviet UFO observations, these observations are not amenable to trivial explanations. And another significant detail - the UFO forms observed in the Soviet Union fit perfectly into the classification of these objects, which is accepted abroad.
