In this tutorial, calculations are given for the production of simple superphosphates (powdered, granular and ammonized) from two types of phosphate raw materials - apatite concentrate and phosphates Kara-Tau . The calculations include the compilation of material and thermal balances, the definition of the main production indicators and examples of the calculation of the main equipment. The manual also provides information necessary for calculations about the phosphate raw materials, the quality of finished products and the physicochemical foundations of the projected productions; the calculations are preceded by a description of the technological schemes of these productions. At the end of the issue, a list of reference literature used is given.
