The book attempts to present a modern scientific view on the possibility of theoretical existence and experimental registration of the so-called "subtle world" - the world of consciousness and information fields - and its various manifestations. In the historical context, the relationship between Science and Religion and their development in the transition to a post-industrial society are considered.
