The Theory of Elites : Sociology of Politics" proposed a new methodological approach based on interdisciplinary research, which allows to represent the elite , as carriers of certain socio-psychological qualities - complex cognitive structuring of thinking high variability of behavior and socially significant nature of installations. The adaptive and bifurcation mechanisms of evolution are considered in detail and the importance of the elite as one of their main components is substantiated.
