The book discusses the main issues of medical biophysics in line with the curriculum, built in accordance with the system of physical and physico-chemical processes underlying life. The textbook has five sections: transport of substances through biological membranes (biomembranology), bioenergetics, biological electrodynamics, biomechanics, information and regulation in biological systems. In each of the sections, examples of violations of the main biophysical processes in pathology are given. The Appendix presents the reference tables of physical constants and units of translation in SI. The publication corresponds to the state educational standards of the disciplines "Medical Biophysics" of the direction of bachelor training "Technical Physics", specialties "Bioengineering Physics" and "Medical Biophysics" . The textbook is intended for students of technical universities and as additional literature for students of medical universities .
