The book is devoted to the analysis of the current state, problems and prospects for the development of microelectronic element base of radio-electronic equipment of rocket and space technology (RKT), spacecraft and systems of dual and military applications .. For the first time in the national scientific and technical literature, an attempt has been made to consider within one book the entire complex chain of interrelated stages of the creation of electronic RCT blocks - from the development of requirements for these blocks and their element-component base (ECB) , before the selection of the technological basis for its implementation , methods of designing microcircuits and on their basis on-board control systems for space and special-purpose equipment .
