The book is devoted to one of the classic ways to resolve corporate conflicts - excluding a participant from a limited liability company. The paper provides a brief overview of the experience of individual countries, the legislation and (or) judicial practice of which allows the possibility of excluding a participant from a limited liability company (corresponding to foreign equivalents of this organizational and legal form). Based on the concept of exclusion of a participant justified in the work as the consequences of violation of the obligation to act in the public interest, problems concerning the grounds, procedure and consequences of exclusion of a participant are discussed in detail.
