The rules establish uniform safety requirements for employees of electric power organizations regardless of organizational and legal forms and forms of ownership. The rules are intended for construction workers, Electrical Engineering, Maintenance and Maintenance Companies , engaged in the organization and production of electrical installation works (including the construction of , TC and substations), and also works on adjustment of electrical equipment of power and industrial facilities.
