The term “psychomotorics”, despite its importance for the psychological analysis of human activity, has not yet received an unambiguous interpretation in psychology. In the analysis of the psychomotor sphere of a person, a variety of concepts are widely used: motor activity, physiology of movements, motor activity, motor skills, sensorimotor, psychomotor, ideomotor, motor learning, motor task, motor actions and operations, sensorimotor coordination, sensorimotor intelligence, psychomotor abilities, etc. The monograph uses a complex of research methods: theoretical (theoretical and methodological analysis, generalization and interpretation of scientific data); empirical (observation, conversation, ascertaining and forming experiment), psychodiagnostic methods .. The monograph is of practical importance, as it presents a program for the development of psychomotor abilities of younger schoolchildren developed and implemented in the practice of primary school.
