Concerns of the party in the Soviet period were subjected to oblivion of the works of scientists on popular science - the science of the souls, characters and customs of nations. Who today can do what the gymnast easily did 100 years ago - to characterize his and neighboring peoples? Based on these characteristics, the psychotype of the people is determined. If we compare the qualities and compatibility of national psychotypes with the history of countries and peoples, we get curious philosophical conclusions.
