The worldview of the peoples of the Far North is reflected in the bright art that exists in various forms. Their decorative-applied art is a unique artistic phenomenon in which the unifying features significantly prevail over the differences. This art, which still exists, is represented by the products of folk masters who have succeeded in processing local natural materials (bones, birch bark, wood, fish skins, animal skins), as well as the art of ornamentation of clothing, national embroidery and applique. In the art of indigenous peoples of the Far North-East of Asia, one curious phenomenon is characteristic - the division of labor between a woman and a man. Artistic processing of soft materials (fur and leather) and their ornamentation was done by women, men worked with solid materials - bone, wood and metal.
