The concept of new resistance forces was introduced, on the basis of which new models of the emergence of resistance and transfer processes were proposed. We have obtained universal equations describing all these processes .. It is shown that these equations can be used for calculations of any hydrodynamic and heat and mass exchange processes in any systems and conditions of action of force fields .. The consequences arising from the models. are considered It is shown that there is a possibility of filling gaps in the conjugated sections of sciences.
