This work presents sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of the joint distribution of external and internal message flows within switching network lines. This joint distribution is defined by what is known as a complete random field on the set of edges of the configuration graph. The properties of weak dependence (the weakening of spatiotemporal correlations) and the continuity of the complete random field at low intensities of transit message flows are formulated and proven.
