The monograph develops a new asymptotic method for obtaining quasiclassical solutions of multidimensional nonlinear equations. Nonlinear equations of quantum mechanics, crystal lattice equations, etc. are considered as examples. The resulting solutions are localized in the vicinity of some curves or surfaces. The design of such solutions is based on the formalism of the mechanics of narrow beams set forth in the I part of Hamiltons and the known soliton solutions of the corresponding two-dimensional problems.
