The foundations of physics are set out on the basis of a new approach to the construction of a unified theory of space-time and physical interactions (binary geometry), which is based on the concept of relations between events. The physical basis of this approach is: 1) Relational concept of classical space-time , 2) the concept of long-range action (the theory of direct interparticle interaction between Fokker and Feynman) , Alternative Field Theory , S-matrix theory in microworld physics , 4) the principles of multidimensional geometric models of physical interactions such as the Kaluza and Klein theories and 5) the idea of the macroscopic nature of classical space-time . The mathematical basis of the relational approach is provided by the theory of binary systems of complex relations, which are the prototype of reference systems in the theory of relativity. The author substantiates the fundamental possibility of representing the foundations of geometry and fundamental physical concepts of the microworld in terms of binary systems of complex relations of lower ranks (dimensions) For specialists in the field of theoretical physics, students and teachers of physics and mathematics faculties of universities and persons interested in the principles of building physics
