The textbook contains the most important sections of hydrodynamics related to the study of movements of ideal and viscous liquids. The main part of the book is devoted to the mathematical modeling of hydrophysical phenomena in general and in specific cases. Here are the basic principles underlying hydrodynamic models, frequently used simplifying assumptions and their corresponding models, examples of analytical solutions to a wide range of problems in these simplified formulations. Particular attention is paid to the use of mathematical physics in solving problems of hydrodynamics. The text of the manual contains reference material on some sections of higher mathematics.
