Nonlinear laser spectroscopy represents a new crucial stage in the development of atomic, molecular, and optical physics. Using the unique properties of laser radiation, it allows to obtain information about physical processes at the atomic-molecular level, which was not available for traditional spectroscopy. The article discusses one of these new, non-traditional methods of spectroscopy.
