The book describes the history of the Jewish people in the Russian state . Part I covers the period from 1795 to 1916. by the author. I try to understand both sides. To do this ? I immerse myself in events, not in polemics. I want to show you .. I argue only in those intransigent cases where justice is covered with layers of falsehood .. I expect that the book will not be met with the anger of the extreme and irreconcilable, but, on the contrary, will serve as a mutual agreement. I hope to find friendly interlocutors in both Jews and Russians .. The author understands his ultimate task as follows: to see mutually accessible and good ways of Russian-Jewish relations for the future.
