The purpose of this work is to offer the reader a general overview of algebra, its basic concepts and sections. But which language to choose? When the question - what does mathematics study? - is answered: or , it can hardly be considered the answer. After all, among the continuum of conceivable sets with relations or structures given in them, a very rare, discrete subset really attracts mathematicians, and the meaning of the question is precisely to understand what is especially valuable this vanishingly small part embedded in an amorphous mass. Similarly, the meaning of the mathematical concept is far from being contained in its formal definition.. No less (rather more) gives a set of basic examples (usually in not very large numbers), which for a mathematician are both motivation, and meaningful definition, and concepts.
