This textbook is part of the educational and methodological complex created at the Department of English for students of the full-time department of the Faculty of Applied Mathematics , Computer Science and Mechanics , students in the specialty "Applied Mathematics and Computer Science" (010200) and is intended for students of the 1st year . The manual consists of four sections, three of which are devoted to the three main mathematical disciplines read on the 1st year of the faculty: computers and programming, mathematical analysis, algebra and geometry, and the fourth contains texts for additional reading. The grammatical material of the manual covers the system of English verb times in real and suffering pledge, as well as non-personal verb forms. The appendix provides a list of lexical-grammatical clichés for annotation and reference of scientific texts, as well as explains the reading of basic mathematical formulas.
