The main goal of the textbook is to improve the communicative competence of students in all types of speech activities in the scientific, educational and socio-cultural spheres of communication, as well as teaching Russian intonation, vocabulary and grammar on the basis of state educational programs and standards. Students are offered assignments developed both on the basis of traditional methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language, and taking into account modern test technologies. The book consists of five thematic sections (three lessons each), systematically presenting educational theoretical and practical material. The textbook is designed for 350 teaching hours. The textbook is addressed to non-philological students of the humanitarian profile of 1-2 courses, as well as to those who have not studied in Russia, but speak Russian in the scope of the preparatory faculty and are preparing for admission to master’s or postgraduate studies in Russian universities.
