The feeling of understatement and incompleteness, constantly gave rise to the need to clarify the truth, which did not seem to exist at all. Why? Yes, because there is too much ambiguity in all publications on any, even the simplest question . This book is valuable in that it gives an idea of innovative tools for technical analysis, which are both complex and simple, - the contradiction and unity of the universe affects. There are also proposed decision-making rules based on the use of these tools, with almost no ambiguity. The skill of Bill Williams, regardless of how he is personally treated, manifests itself in all its power at the moment when he explains extremely complex things in a very simple and understandable language.
