I’ve written this book in a manner that blends the military and the civilian professions as smoothly as possible. In doing so, anyone can read this book and relate to what is being taught. However, the leadership lessons that are taught in this book are primarily geared towards the civilian workforce. You will not find combat leadership or fire team formations written here. This book’s aim was to take what was taught to me within the Marine Corps and apply it in a civilian setting.Action is the first foot step towards progress and by purchasing this book, you’re one step ahead of most of the world. It’s very easy to get comfortable and not seek self-improvement, yet people that enjoy this “comfort” are not leaders. Read this book, study it, learn from it and become a serious leader.
