The course "Public Service in the Russian Federation and Labor Law" was developed as part of the study of a special part of labor law devoted to the establishment of the peculiarities of the legal status of certain categories of employees . The state service as a special sphere of application of hired labor has its significant distinctive characteristics, which determine a special place for holders of the corresponding legal status among the sectoral subjects of labor law. The course is aimed at expanding students' knowledge of the labor law system and the rules of the regulatory array governing the passage of service in various government bodies. Developed at the Faculty of Law of Perm State University
