"Divine Comedy" by Dante Alighieri is a huge poem written in the form of a trilogy and consists of three parts: "Hell", "Purgatory", "Paradise". "Hell" is the first of these parts and at the same time the first poem of Dante from the cycle. In "Ada" the poet goes through nine circles, describing the tragic torments of sinners and the punishments woven according to their crimes. This is a masterpiece of world literature, which combines philosophical thoughts, religious motives and a high artistic level. Dante created in the "Divine Comedy" well-known imagery and symbolism, which formed the basis of subsequent European literature.
