In Soviet times, it was extremely difficult to individually solve their problems and problems; a person was led along the path not intended by him by the state and “society”, and yet freedom of choice, albeit in a narrow space, existed, and in it Yuri Mikhailovich Lotman (hereinafter we call it abbreviated: U. M. ) was able to organize his life development and his scientific activities so that, in general, we can talk about the successful implementation of the conceived.
